Download your free song of the month from the Rich in Every Way CD

Greeting and thanks for visiting my site. This month I'm giving away the song "Tears in the River" from my latest CD "Rich in Every Way" as hurricane Irene bears down on the Eastern United States.

What does Irene have to do with the song of the month you ask?  I wrote Tears in the River at the time when hurricane Katrina was unleashing it's fury on the Southern parts of the U.S., and after first seeing the devastation left behind from that particular storm after the very first night it touched down, I awoke from a sleep and immediately penned out all of the lyrics to this song.

We're all connected at many levels and I believe that I've captured that essence in this song.  My heart goes out to the victims of Katrina and with Irene reaching landfall this weekend I hope the people affected along the coast heed the warnings given and take necessary precautions to avoid a situation like the world witnessed with Katrina.
