Cooped up in the house way too long.

It's freezing cold up here and we've been cooped up way too long this Christmas. It's been - 30 and colder for the past two weeks and we want to get out skiing and snowshoeing but can't bear the cold. Too bad our weather forecast comes from interior BC and not from Yukon at all. It could be worse. A couple of years ago it was -52!!!  

I took a picture after being outside for a while just to verify the craziness of it all.

They've been calling for - 7 for the last two weeks. It's been a good couple of weeks making the new website though. Good thing my brother Shaun knows about this kind of stuff.

January 30th 2008 just 20 minutes out of Whitehorse on the Takhini Hotsprings Road. Ironic isn't it? This cold and 5 miles from the hotsprings + 70 water.

Buried the needle? When was that? It never got colder than -32 here in town.
