Midsummer's Daydream by Rik Emmett Youtube Video in my kayak

This is a video I made up with my brother Shaun on a kayak trip to the Dawson City Music Festival two years ago floating down the Yukon River. I took along a little Washburn Rover nylon string guitar and Shaun took some video on his $100.00 camera. The sound turned out surprisingly well for what we had with us. We just rafted together every now and then and had some munchies and floated down the river for a week playing guitar, reading books, camping on gravel bars and paddling only when it was absolutely necessary. I've been getting lots of reports that Rik Emmett who wrote this piece talks about this guy in a kayak playing his song when he does songwriting and guitar workshops and it's great to know that my guitar idol has checked out my Youtube channel and was impressed enough to mention it at his gigs from time to time.
